ITAR INTERNATIONAL EXPORT REGULATIONS:
While we do welcome orders from outside the U.S.A., we WILL NOT ship ANY REGULATED WEAPON parts outside the United States. International customers are welcome to order non-regulated items such as selected parts, clothing, patches, and stickers. Orders placed for regulated weapon parts that are intended for shipment outside the United States will be cancelled. Look for the "EXPORT OK!" tag at the bottom of the item description to determine which items can be exported.
Will Call Pick Up:
Customers that are local to our location in Duarte, CA are welcome to will call their orders free of charge. As of now, this is purely a service we are providing out of courtesy to our local customers so the hours vary and are at our convenience. Shipping
Orders typically ship 1-5 business days after order placement but please allow more time for unforeseen circumstances. You will receive e-mails when your order is processed and after it is shipped. Delivery confirmation numbers will be e-mailed to you when your order is shipped.
Delivery Time
Domestic Standard deliveries are made within 1 to 5 business days, but please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery from your initial order date. Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO's, and FPO's may take longer. Backordered orders will be held until they can be filled. International customers, please allow 15 to 30 business days for delivery. If the item is on backorder, your order will be held until it can be filled which is usually 1 to 3 weeks.
Package Delivery
Our domestic orders are delivered by the U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise noted and if shipped internationally, by your local postal service. Be aware that after your order's status changes to Shipped, your package is on its way to you. Actual transit times will vary. Please make arrangements to have your order accepted at your indicated shipping address. We cannot assume any responsibility for your package after it is accepted by the post office for delivery. The purpose of a tracking number, if supplied, is to confirm the package's delivery. In the event of a delivery discrepancy, please contact your post office. For any custom delivery instructions, please contact your local post office prior to package arrival.
Domestic Express Shipments:
Orders delivered within the USA are offered US Express delivery as an option. This does not necessarily mean that orders will arrive within 1-2 days. It is only an option for quicker delivery after the order leaves our facility only. This option is only available for the 50 States.
International Express Shipments:
Orders delivered outside the USA are offered Express International delivery as an option for quicker delivery. Orders typically arrive 5-15 business days after shipment. No delivery time guarantees are implied with this option although orders placed with this option will receive an EMS Tracking Number traceable on usps.com. International tracking numbers are guaranteed to be issued with this service only.
International Standard Shipments:
International Standard Shipments are shipped at the most economical method available. Orders typically arrive 15-25 business days after shipment. International tracking numbers are not usually available with orders shipped via this method. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages shipped via this method. If you need a tracking number and our accountability, please use the Express option.
Tracking Numbers:
Orders shipped to U.S. addresses and orders that are shipped with the International Express option are issued tracking numbers that are trackable at usps.com. To see your tracking number, login and look at your order history. When your order ships, a tracking number will be listed. This information is also e-mailed to you at the time of mailing. The purpose of a tracking number, if supplied, is to confirm the package's delivery. In the event of a delivery discrepancy, please contact your post office.
Customs Duties:
Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are sole responsibility of the customer. We are bound by law to accurately mark each customs declaration form with the retail value of each order.
Returns and Exchanges:
Satisfaction is Guaranteed with Pacific Rim! Refunds and Exchanges are allowed for certain items. An RMA Code is mandatory for ALL exchanges and returns. If you have a question on what can/cannot be returned or exchanged, please read the following list. Returns must be made within 60 days of original purchase. We reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee or refuse any returned products that are shipped back to us improperly, products mispackaged and damaged in the return - products must be in resalable condition when they arrive to us, or without a valid RMA Code. Since valkyrietactical.com deals in rare and limited items, some merchandise may sell out and may not be able to be exchanged or replaced. If this is the case, we will issue you a refund instead
Instructions for Returns:
Please write your order number and the RMA Code "WEB Return 9" on the shipping container that you are returning your order in. Use the handy return shipping label found on your invoice if supplied. Don't forget to pack your return carefully along with detailed instructions of what your request is, i.e., Refund, Exchange for item..., etc. Please also include your order number on the request as well. Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns, credits, and exchanges to be processed. Returns received without instructions cannot be serviced.
Returnable and Non-returnable Items:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any items received from valkyrietactical.com, you may return any unopened and unused items for a refund or exchange. Exchanges for SAME ITEM ONLY for Videos, Magazines, Posters, CD's, DVD's, Calendars, Games, CDROM's, Books, Underwear, and Trading Cards. No Refunds will be given for Mounted Parts, Videos, Magazines, Posters, CD's, DVD's, Calendars, Games, CDROM's, Books, Underwear, and Trading Cards. No CLOSEOUT OUTLET items may be returned or exchanged. Any opened or items returned in not resellable condition will be accessed a 30% restocking fee.
Refunds:
Refunds are given in the same form as payment. Allow credit card refunds 3-5 days to post to your account after your return is processed. PayPal refunds are instant after your return is processed. Shipping cannot be included in your refund if the return is not due to an error of our own. Shipping cannot be refunded even when a shipping discount had been applied. Any shipping discount will be reversed against your total refund.
