Order Status:
After placing your order, you will be able to follow your order through our system. Orders are classified the following way:
Pending - Your order has been successfully submitted and received. Awaiting to be processed.
Processing - Your order is being pulled from inventory. This is when your order is invoiced, prepared, packaged, weighed, and logged for shipping.
Shipped - Your order has left our facility and is on its way to you. Orders are shipped by US Mail or FedEX Ground, shipping times will vary.
Confirming Payment - If you paid by PayPal eCheck, your order will have this status until your payment clears with PayPal. As soon as it clears, your order status will be changed to Pending.
Closed/Refunded - Orders that cannot be filled may be cancelled and refunded. If this occurs, your order will fall into this classification. Records of Closed/Refunded orders are kept for 90 days only.
Returned to Warehouse - Orders that are returned for non-delivery by the post office or through returns and exchanges.
eCoupons:
eCoupons must be applied to your order during the checkout process and cannot be applied to your order after it has been submitted for processing. "Free Shipping" eCoupons are only eligible for the Regular shipping option unless otherwise noted. If Express shipping is chosen, the order will automatically be shipped using Regular service.
Delivery Time
Domestic Standard deliveries are made within 5 to 15 business days, but please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery from your initial order date. Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO's, and FPO's may take longer. Backordered orders will be held until they can be filled. International customers, please allow 15 to 30 business days for delivery. If the item is on backorder, your order will be held until it can be filled which is usually 1 to 3 weeks.
Package Delivery
Our domestic orders are delivered by the U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise noted and if shipped internationally, by your local postal service. Be aware that after your order's status changes to Shipped, your package is on its way to you. Actual transit times will vary. Please make arrangements to have your order accepted at your indicated shipping address. We do not assume any responsibility for your package after it is accepted by the post office for delivery. The purpose of a tracking number, if supplied, is to confirm the package's delivery. In the event of a delivery discrepancy, please contact your post office. For any custom delivery instructions, please contact your local post office prior to package arrival.
Customs Duties:
Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are sole responsibility of the customer. We are bound by law to accurately mark each customs declaration form with the retail value of each order.
